Aluminum nitride (AlN) exhibits high electromechanical coupling coefficient, high ultrasonic velocity and small thermal expansion coefficient, it is a promising material for bulk acoustic wave (BAW) resonators at such high frequency regions [1].

Aluminosilicate binders are generally electrical insulators; however, electrical properties of building materials gain the importance in the new field of applications such as self-sensing or self-heating materials.
Materials and Methodology Materials.
The main difference in capacitance between both materials was observed at low frequencies.
Although aluminosilicate materials are considered good electrical insulators and the resistivity of cement-based materials is very high, substantially different electrical behaviour was observed for alkali-activated slag.

Obviously, on the basis of ensuring the essential catalytic activity of ionic liquid, it has been one of the key problems that try to use industrial raw materials to prepare low-cost ionic liquids.
All the starting materials were commercially available in a purity of 99% or higher purity and were used without further purification, Bu4NCl-IM deep eutectic ionic liquid was prepared by heating the mixture of Bu4NCl(tetrabutyl ammonium chloride) and IM (imidazole) at molar ratio of 1:3, and a homogeneous colorless liquid appeared around 100℃.The resultant colorless liquid was dried in a closed flask to obtain the final product.

The ancient Chinese geomancy, although limited by the out-dated science and material technological methods at that time, still ran after conforming nature, changing and taking advantage of nature moderately, ran after the artistic conception of coordination and coorperation between human and nature, reaching the aesthestic ideal peak of harmony between human and nature, several thousand years before Western modern civilization.
At the same time, many shortcomings and flaws can be inspected in the Fengshui theory and methods, which elaborates the science spiritual necessity which must be sticked to in modern architecture design conversely.
With the advance of city, transportation, electricity, net, telecommunication technology,and architectural materials etc. with the combination of Fengshui theory and modern architecture design, the inheritance and creation on the ancient Fengshui theory must be prompted.
