Chemical compositions and the mechanical properties of AA6061-T651 and AA7075-T651 are given in Tables 1 and 2 respectively.
The assignment of the levels to the factors and the various parameters used are given in Table 3.
Taguchi’s L9 orthogonal array was used to design the experiments with three factors and three levels.
Ø From this analysis, it is revealed that rotational speed, tool pin profiles are prominent factors which affect the welding of aluminium alloys.

To understand the behavior of the adhesive material, mechanical characterization is done on bulk adhesive specimen.
Another advantage of the foil gauge over the wire gauge is that it has greater heat-dissipation properties [1].
The influence of the properties of the underlying material, and of adhesive properties for strain-gauge design was demonstrated by numerical examples.
The results show that the gauge factor depends on the geometrical and elastic properties of both the strain gauge and the structure under investigation.
Furthermore, it was concluded that the thickness and stiffness of the adhesive layer can markedly affect the gauge factor.

We have already proposed a calculation method of form difference between workpiece and its CAD data quantitatively in order to assess how workpiece formed accurately and to identify primary factors for the formability.
However the actual system is affected by inner/outer noise factors and the relationship between the input and output of the system cannot behave as a simple linear model.
On the other hand, feed for hammering and depth of hammering don’t affect SN ratio largely but affect the gain.
In addition to that, the effects from the two parameters on the gain indicate similar property.
Building Feedback system It is revealed that the effects to the gain from the parameters are similar property for various shapes.

Finally, it has been noticed that behaviour factors of perforated specimens have been increased with increasing adjoining distance among holes.
Mechanical properties and some geometrical dimensions of steel members, connectors and seismic devices are illustrated in Table 1.
For this reason, mechanical and geometrical properties of RC frame members, as well as boundary conditions, constraints, restraints and mesh type and dimensions adopted in the FEM model have been assumed as equal to those used in the experimental campaign performed by Choi and Park [26].
- The greatest behaviour factors are noticed for dual structures with SPSWs having the largest distance among adjacent holes

Moreover, the oral cavity is a hydrated environment that enhances water absorption, affecting to reduce mass retaining of the gel and adhesive property [10].
Thus, the appropriate orabase gel should have minimal swelling properties while retaining good adhesive properties.
Formulations 2, 12, 13, 14, and 15 showed medium swelling properties.
The other factors affecting the mucoadhesive properties may be the molecular weight of polymer (>100,000), and hydrogen bonding capacity.
In this study, PVP K90 had molecular weight above 100,000 and gave better adhesive properties.

The float-sink properties in the water of feed are determined by pellet density, different float-sink properties of feed are proposed by different fish, so the feed density is different.
For example, tropical fish needs the floating feed; while predatory fish which lives in cold water needs the feed with properties of slow sinking [3].
There are many factors affect the feed pellet density, such as forming scheme and process parameters, structure parameters of forming equipment, and feed ingredients and recipes.
And the influence of extrusion speed, the depth of die hole and interaction of the two factors on feed pellet density was analyzed by experiment method.
Determination of feed physical properties [J].

Fracture Properties of Percussion Tools Piston With a certain type of percussion tools in their normal work of piston happening ruptures, for example.
So it can be preliminary conclusion, that is: Fracture properties of percussion tools piston is the typical fatigue fracture.
The load characteristics is a higher frequency of pulsed wallop, belong to alternating load properties that have the basic conditions of fatigue damage occurred.
Fig.4 Breaking point The Fatigue Fracture of the Factors Affect the Pistons Fatigue fracture of the piston by the following aspects of the reasons: (1) Piston bad load characteristics.

Research on the mechanical properties of variable diameter Independent pile under the combined action of wind, wave and flow is carried out.
Taking a variable diameter Independent pile in CB11F platform of Chengdao oilfield for example, simulative analysis is performed using the finite element software ANSYS , considering the influence for some factors to structure response, that is environmental load, soil conditions and variable diameter position.
It is serious to affect the normal work of the platform.
Because the p-y curve method [4, 5] reflect the soil non-elastic properties and failure phenomenon under mud, so the method is widely used in pile foundation design engineering of offshore platform.
According to p-y curve theory, the value corresponding to the force-deformation relationship is calculated in a height below the surface of mud, and lateral load that each layer soil affects on pile can be simulated.

Flow properties.
Flow properties of the samples were evaluated by measuring the static angle of repose and Carr index.
In fine powders cohesion was caused mainly by inter-particle forces such as Van der Waal forces, however if particles were non-spherical other factors such as mechanical interlocking might also a important role particularly in coarser materials [8].
Flow properties.
The effect of CI and AOR on flow depended on the mechanical properties of the particles (e.g. brittle vs. plastically deformable).

Introduction Silicon nitride is a potentially useful material for tribological applications due to its outstanding properties such as high strength, high hardness, chemical resistance, and thermal stability [1 - 3].
Gogotsi et al concluded that the oxidation of silicon nitride based ceramics could affect the materials response to mechanical stresses as ,for example, cracking[ 10 ].
It implied that oxidation could affect the eorison rate of silicon nitride.
This study also shows that these factors influence erosion rate differently with temperature and number of impact by erodent particles.
