Materials and Methods The J-aggregate solutions were prepared by dissolving meso-tetra(4-sulfonatophenyl)porphine (TPPS4) tetrasodium salt in acidic aqueous medium (pH1 was reached by adding HCl).

When the axial force rose to a degree, the stress of contact area of workpiece achieved the yield strength of the material and the workpiece began to deform plastically.
The bandwidth is about 5kN and account for 4% when the material of the workpiece is 40Cr.
The better the plasticity of the workpiece material is, the bigger the fluctuation range of the axial riveting assembly force is.
