Abstract.Strain measurement in electromagnetic rail launching processes is of significant importance to studies on rail life, wrap material selection, and initial armature disturbance.
Rail strain also influences the rail life and wrap material life, so it is difficult to ensure the consistency of muzzle velocity under the same muzzle voltage environment.

Introduction
Inorganic polymers are cementitious materials using industrial by-products as the main raw material, excited by properly configured activator solution.
A research by En Wang from Beijing University of Science and Technology [2] indicated that the different raw materials (such as slag, and fly ash and the kaolin) and different region perform differently under alkali-activator.
Reference to the experience of ordinary cement and concrete, adding appropriate admixture and mixed materials to inorganic polymer material is a good solution.
