Abstract.
ZAO thin films on some flexible materials are almost deposited at low temperature(﹤200℃)due to the poor high-temperature characteristics of these flexible substrates[3-5], including PET [6], PC [7], PI [8], PPA [9], Teflon [10], PES[11] and so on.

Abstract.
Community informationization is playing a more and more important role in strengthening the effect of social management, in advancing material civilization and spiritual civilization in community and in raising modern residents' life level.
Community informationization has advanced technology and huge numbers of consumers and business model is one of the key factors determining its success.
From this it is clear that community informationization is a development process with the accumulation of material wealth and the improvement of spiritual civilization.
