Boron-doped nanocrystalline silicon thin films prepared by PECVD Xiu-Qin Wang, Jian-ning Ding*, Ning-Yi Yuan*, Shu-Bo Wang Center for low-dimensional materials, micro-nano devices and system, Changzhou University, Changzhou 213164, China Jiangsu Key Laboratory for Solar Cell Materials and Technology, Changzhou 213164, China Email: nyyuan@cczu.edu.cn Keywords: PECVD, boron-doped, nanocrystalline silicon, crystalline fraction, conductivity.
Several techniques such as plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition (PECVD), evaporation, reactive evaporation, sputtering, laser ablation, and size selected cluster depositon have been used to deposit nanocrystalline materials of interest.
However, PECVD technique has the advantage that not only it provides the possibility to tailor-made the properties of the nanocrystalline materials but also offers the opportunity to encapsulate the nanostructured objects in the matrix of the desired materials[4].

Problem solution As an important component of folk handcraft culture, Chinese national costume remains the characteristics of original native Chinese culture, which keeps the state of the unity of spirit and materials and embodies Chinese view of nature and thinking mode.
Style, color and material are three essence of clothing.
For example, we can use the traditional pattern with modern materials, new composition and modern crafts.
In this way, undergoes certain artistic techniques processing, including color, drawing, materials and so on, which present many kinds of styles.

(2)Cohesive action The polar groups of coagulating agent can adsorb many materials, when macro molecular exists among dust the dust particles, each molecule can adsorb several dust particles respectively, the incompact dust particles combine with each other tightly because of "bridging function" and form a big dust particle.

This characterization is performed by evaluating the change in the polarization state of the incident light when it interacts with the material of interest.
Some authors have investigated several coatings for improving the corrosion resistance of these materials [7-10] and the ellipsometry can be an efficient tool in this subjected.

For example, if we want to calculate the industry material and energy cost, we realize it as follow(the data as the term of service shown as Fig3): The supervisor defines a service to calculate the material and energy cost in the Saas without considering the different of the systems. 1.
Saas define the service of getting the material and energy price to other cloud’s Saas. 3.
Saas get the cost after getting the sum of material and energy from Paas and the price from other Saas.
At the effect of market-oriented economy, the material and energy price is floating.
The cloud is built to provide service on getting the price of the material and energy. 3.

Introduction In recent years, the melt growth eutectic composite materials have been developed rapidly.
In order to make eutectic composite materials be widely used, it is necessary to study its breaking and damaging process.
