Overview of BIPVs/BAPVs system According to the combination degree of PV components integrated with building, PV application in building is divided into two type: First, building and PV system combination is packaged PV module installed in the building on the roof, also known as photovoltaic attached to the building (Building Attached photovoltaic, BAPV), another form of BIPV photovoltaic system integrated with building design, photovoltaic devices and building materials are integrated, instead of some building materials.
Amorphous thin film PV as a new generation of solar cells, thin film solar cells not only has abundant raw materials and low energy consumption, pollution-free, easy to highlight the advantages of the production of large area, low light, good adaptability, etc., has a large advantage in BIPV.

It is common knowledge that harmful substances in materials can be leached out to overland runoff, soil or even underground water in surface rain’s leaching procedure.
Leaching experiment is usually used to identify harmful substances in materials, to find out maximum leaching content of harmful elements, to know about factors affecting harmful elements’ transfer, and to provide kinetic parameters for computer simulation [4].

Abstract:Thermal composition of low temperature water is taken as way in the text, with the MgSO4·7H2O and NH4HCO3 being raw materials to make nesquehonite whiskers, further talking about the concentration of the reactant, reactive temperatures, mixing speed, solution pH and the quantity of additive addition etc. factors impacting whiskers synthetic of magnesium carbonate hydrate by controlling the growth environment.
Domestic scholars[6-8] in different crystalline materials are also well prepared with different specifications of the nesquehonite whiskers, and a preliminary study of the temperature and additives on the growth of whiskers.
Conclusions Influences of the concentration of reactants, reaction temperature, dropping rate, pH, additive content in the reaction of MgSO4·7H2O and NH4HCO3, on the synthesis of hydrated magnesium carbonate whiskers, the following conclusions can be drawn: (1) By controlling the environment of crystal’s growth. the best performance magnesium carbonate tri-hydrate is made under the conditions of raw material concentration of whiskers in 0.5mol / L, reaction temperature 50 oC, pH value of 9.5, MgSO4 of a dropping rate of 2.45mL/min, Addition level of 0.5%( by mass), the average length of 247μm, the average diameter of 7.2μm, the average length-diameter ratio of 34

These caused a mass of waste of material.
It can be seen that material is saved 35089kg after being optimized, if the material is calculated by 6000yuan /1000kg, the cost 210 thousand yuan can be reduced.
It is visible that a large amount of raw materials will be saved in optimization design of structural and special attention will be surely paid by engineering field and developers.
