When the comb micro-capacitive accelerometer works from room temperature to higher temperature environment, thermal expansion of materials produce heat load, and the heat load leads to structure deformation and displacement.

Introduction Industrial solid waste includes a wide variety of materials such as demolition waste, foundry sand, scraps from manufacturing processes, sludge, ash from combustion, and other similar materials[1,2,3], and it has the largest amount of production and treatment, and the most significant environmental impacts[4,5].
Industrial Solid Waste Generation and its Characteristics Industrial solid waste in Kunming includes a wide variety of materials such as demolition waste, foundry sand, scraps from manufacturing processes, sludge, ash from combustion, and other similar materials [11, 12].
Kunming City witnessed a quick increase amount of industrial solid waste since 2001.Mostly, the reuse of general industrial solid waste stays in road construction, backfilling, agricultural and manufacturing materials etc.
It is used as the products of building materials, brick and cement, soil improvement and fertilizer additive etc.
It can be used to devolop the materials in the field of environment protection.
