The mechanical and the optical sensing properties of the MEMS grating are both analyzed in this paper.
The research of mechanical characterization and optical sensing property will be depicted in section 4 and 5.
Other factors which influence the displacement of comb actuator are analyzed in the discussion part.
It is affected by many factors, such as the gap and the overlap between the comb-teeth.
The sensing properties have also been discussed and analyzed.

Prediction of surface fracture of 6061 Al processed by equal-channel angular pressing Qing Zhou1, a, Wenjie Chen1,b , Jun Xu1,c and Yupeng Duan1 1College of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, No. 29, Yudao St., Nanjing, Jiangsu Province, China, 210016 aanzhouqing@nuaa.edu.cn, bcwj048@163.com, cxujun621@126.com Keywords: Equal-channel angular pressing; fracture; mechanical properties; Cockcroft and Latham criterion; 6061 Al Abstract.
Although these studies offer promising results, comprehensively investigating the fractures that form during multi-pass ECAP is necessary to maximise ECAP workability, improve ECAP efficiency, and understand the damage mechanism of ECAP-processed materials. 6061 Al is an aluminium alloy that has been extensively used in ECAP processing to realise ultrafine grain sizes (e.g. [7]) and improve mechanical properties (e.g. [8]).
After ECAP, the tensile properties and the cross-section hardness of the ECAP bars were tested.
The damage factors were large and concentrated at the upper and lower parts of the samples(Fig. 3).
The maximum damage factors were almost inversely proportional to the applied back-pressure (Fig. 4).

Our efforts are directed to the noise properties assessment.
In addition the noise analysis is affected by the internal polarization phenomena and the material residual humidity.
This issue in connection with the sample geometrical properties and the dielectric noise measurement methodology take part in this paper.
The physical properties are defined on the basis of the fluctuation-deviation theorem and the Johnson-Nyquist (thermal) noise is produced.
Technically, the high input resistance and the sample capacitance along with the capacitance of the cables and feed thought connectors (CS’) ale limiting factors for the dielectric noise measurement.

Steel suitable for the responsible elements in general machine construction, especially designed for heat treated parts, which are used for maximum mechanical properties of the steel.
Graphs of the chosen roughness parameters after burnishing and after turning treatment on the conventional lathe (a), CNC lathe (b) and after grinding (c) In the burnishing process there are many factors affecting the quality of finish surface, e.g. the material from which the workpiece is made, the way of the burnishing, number of passes of burnishing tool, loading forces of the tool to the surface, the operation preceding burnishing process and the quality of execution of burnishing tool.
The value of the asperities height and its arrangement may affect on the tribological properties of parts.
For the steel with the pearlite-ferrite structure one can observe zone with strongly deformed, fragmented and oriented grains, creating texture, exhibiting altered mechanical properties.

In order to optimize and increase the reliability of the experiment, the pressing pressure (P), holding pressure time (t) and the die tooling temperature (T) were taken as quantitative factors.
The effect of applied pressure on the mechanical properties of the base material and the cladding layer was determined on a longitudinal section of the obtained samples by the Vickers method (GOST 2999-75).
The presence of a brittle intermetallic layer with low plastic properties (σb=15÷17MPa) explains the low strength properties of the obtained compound.

Zirconia-based ceramics exhibit excellent mechanical properties and biocompatibility in dental applications.
Current technologies have successfully produced crown teeth with outstanding mechanical properties.
While zirconia has excellent mechanical properties and biocompatibility for crown teeth application, crown teeth with properties nearly identical to those of real human teeth have yet to be realized.
The translucency of zirconia can be influenced by many factors, such as microstructural homogeneity, density, powder size, and sintering temperature.
To achieve optimum translucency and mechanical properties, the recommended sintering temperature is 1200 °C.

Because the functional properties are effected it significantly affects load-bearing and kinematic patterns on the lumbar spine [11].
But also environmental and genetic factors contribute to degeneration of the disc and its ultimate mechanical failure [12, 13, 14].
These three factors influence each other.
Figure 9 shows the table of material properties.

The spatial temperature distribution in the target range of the ICF driver is one of the key factors, which affects the precision optical components and equipment for normal operation.
Meanwhile, the temperature change is also one of the main influence factors of the stability of the target range structure.
In this paper, the middle level structure space of the ICF driver’s target range as the research object, with the aid of finite element analysis method has been calculated and analyzed for the features of environment temperature distribution in the middle level structure space of the ICF driver’s target, and we analyzed the effective factors and control measures to improve the temperature distribution.
Heat radiation transfer equation: For the media of absorption, emission and scattering properties, the radiation transfer equation (RTE) along the direction of at the location is: (2) Furthermore the boundary condition is needed. ① Flow boundary condition The air flow is little in target range space, and the boundary condition is no-slip walls.
The temperature distribution of target range is affected greatly by target chamber, switchyard, vacuum unit and other equipment as the main inner heat resources.
