The pH value of bio-oil is very low and contains undesirable solid materials which cause erosion and blocking to the mechanical engines and energy applications [12].
This problem can be mitigated by using more resistant materials such as stainless steels, silicon carbide coatings and fluorinated polyethylene in the engines and turbines.

account for the effects of high strain-rates and temperature on the material behavior, most of
approaches are based on thermo-visco-plastic material modeling.
The plastic material behavior is described by a modified J-C equation.
