Introduction
Mechanical properties of thin films often differ from those of the bulk materials.
This is related to potential increase in service life of various substrate materials based on increased resistance to corrosion and mechanical influences of the environment.

Introduction
In great deal of industries, the surface defects of raw materials or products are one of the important factors which influence the quality of the products [1-4].
For the high-quality packing materials, the flaws will also impair the heat and corrosion resistant of the package.
After being heating, the raw materials to be measured is extruded by the flat film mould, and go through the three roller laminator.
Thus the raw materials become about 20 mm wide and 1 mm thick, even, transparent films with bright and clean surface.
