Shape and modus operandi of local dwellings Through the analysis of the environmental factors, an initial intent could be obtained: the formation of the existing styles and features is closely related to many factors of the natural environment, therefore, to maintain the existed environment to the greatest extent, to conform to the environment as far as possible, to take mountains as backs and water as media, and to create the co-existence and harmony of “mountains, water, farmland, villages and streets” are the key to the planning.
To select the historical and time scenes with local characteristics and to reproduce them through restoration and distillation by the means of combining the material objects and activities, and then to organize various function blocks, are effective ways for the tourism development, the artifacts could also be mixed together with the environment as far as possible, becoming new environmental resources for tourism.

Abstract: The eutrophication problem of Dianchi Lake has been more and more serious.
Due to its long lake replacement cycle and slow Lake flows, causing material circular flow, uneven clearance limited, and producing a large number of precipitated pollutants, finally a large number of waste sources have formed in the Dianchi Lake Basin[3].
To achieve the overall target of sewage treatment in Dianchi Lake Basin rural and to match different regional needs of Dianchi Lake watershed, this article suggests that clarification and levelization management methods: ①urban and rural integrated rural area uses three level processing technique, for example, conventional biological processing + advanced processing; ② Lake basin key rural areas could focus on enhanced ecological processing technique, such as "pond + wetland", "biological packing + wetland", "integrated purification device + wetland", "biological packing + ditches", "anaerobic + enhanced ecological ditches", and other combination techniques for processing; ③Relative concentration and dispersion of single or multi-family village could apply biological or ecological methods, such as oxidation ditch, anaerobic treatment +oxidation pond + ecological ditches technique, biological filter + artificial wetland and other ecological integrated combination process; ④With regard to

Unlike AC arresters, DC arresters measurement is not required to measure leakage current under the operating voltage, under the DC voltage, DC arrester reflects the values by on-line monitoring device which are approximate equivalent the leakage current under the DC reference voltage, so DC arrester is not required to measure leakage current when running. 3.3 More important type test (1) The current distribution test As a result of multiple columns parallel, whether energy is distributed in uniform between each column is one of the key issues in parallel multi-column arresters for stable operation.

Abstract: Aimed at problems nowadays existing in airport bird drive, an intelligent underground sound repellent system is designed.
The above bird repellent devices have some defects, which are shown in: 1) with large size, big height and hard material, they can’t be assembled close to the airport runway, thus weak in driving birds; 2) most of them adopt random driving method, and space-time cross relations between birds and the plane isn’t considered; 3) long time exposed to external environment, the device costs a lot in maintenance; 4) the device operates independently, thus effective linkage is hard to develop.

                Secondly, the recording at spot is simple, site inspection cannot be restore, the quality is unable to be controlled, the original paper records are relatively simple which can not directly reflect the inspection position, material, corrosion and other conditions of the lightning protection system.
Therefore, advantages of introducing mobile data to lightning detection are analyzed, the data acquisition process are specified, and combined with the key project of highway, data acquisition technology is used in comprehensive inspection of highway.
