According to the requirement of the design goal, alternative materials and allowable stress constraints, the ratio of the vibrator's two nature frequencies are set to close to one initially.
Choosing materials.
Depending on the selected materials and the determined structural parameters, the geometrical model of the proposed vibrator is created.
In order to guarantee the reliability of the contrast, materials, structural parameters and constraint conditions of the cantilevers array are set to the same as the proposed vibrator.

Electrical Response and Mechanical Behavior of Plasticized PVC Actuators Hong Xia a, Takamitsu Ueki and b and Toshihiro Hirai c Smart Materials Engineering, Faculty of Textile science and Technology, Shinshu University, 3-15-1 Tokida, Ueda, Nagano 386-8567, Japan a s08t107@shinshu-u.ac.jp, bs05t104@shinshu-u.ac.jp, ctohirai@shinshu-u.ac.jp Keywords: PVC gels, creep deformation, bending actuator, Young's modulus, compression, tensile, Maxwell stress.
Introduction In recent years, the smart materials have been interested and applied to various fields.
Materials and preparation of specimens Plasticized PVCs were made from commercial PVC powder (n=3700), solvent tetrahydrofuran (THF) and plasticizer DBA with 10:30, 10:50, 10:70 and 10:90 (wt %).
All of the materials were prepared by blending the solution of PVC powders in THF and DBA, casting and evaporating in room temperature for several days.

When the initial billet temperature is lower, materials tend to flow down to fill the shaft instead of the teeth.
Fig.7 shows the material flow with different friction conditions, from which we can see that the friction condition has an impact on the material filling both in shaft and teeth.
When μ=0.5, the material flow of upper teeth is roughly equal to that of lower teeth.

Ultrasound echo signal is very important, whether it is internal defects detecting, the organizational structure characterization or materials performance evaluation [4].
The thickness of the cladding layer material is 2.50mm.
This study provided a good reference for the measurement of dissimilar materials acoustic parameters and offered a simplification of the acoustics theory model of the SRM.
