Introduction
The farmland is required for normal growth of crops and for material suppliers and regulators.
The key to the multi-factors evaluation relies on selection and impact of determining the weights as calculated: (1) Where standing for the total score of land consolidation site; indicating the weight of the indicators to determine the weights of evaluation indexes by way of pair-wise comparison method; indicating the standard value of the indicators. 1.2 Trial plot The trial plot is located at Wangyangxing Village, Zaoqiang county of Hengshui City.
According to the experimental material or similar engineering experience, drop head flow at different soil conditions and drop head spacing can consult to table 3 scopes.
The agricultural productivity is increasing while manpower and material resources save from the traditional farming methods.

Introduction
The “digital natives” or the “n-gen” (n generation) are the new generations of learners brought up with the Internet and an unrestrained access to information; they absorb information simultaneously from multiple sources, through images, video or text and they prefer random and on-demand access to educational materials, as they are continuously connected to web tools, being in the same time providers and consumers of media material. [1; 2] Nowadays one can say that we aspire to a “learning culture”, rather than a “knowledge era”, in a time when people are continuously surrounded and absorbed by educational experiences [3].
Khan’s collaboration with students, instructors, administrators and technical staff from all over the world, all part of an academic or corporate eLearning environment, made him realise that the eLearning framework is made out of eight key dimensions: pedagogical, technological, interface design, evaluation, management, resources support, ethical and institutional.
They may be reluctant when it comes to learning new technologies, to revising their learning material as to adapt it to these technologies and to completely change the way they have been delivering knowledge so far.
Discussions and further perspective As it can be observed by performing a simple search for learning material on the web, the returned results are numerous and diverse.

Laser direct marking is a preferred method of performing DPM to attain permanent and highly contrasted superficial inscriptions on a wide variety of materials, ranging from glass, ceramics and wood to plastics and metals [4-11].
However, the DM code direct marked on the surface of material often suffers various interference or bad environment in the use, transport or storage process, such as abrasion, corrosion, thermal cycle, ultraviolet radiation, etc.
The relevant research on the durability of the DM code marked on different material in harsh environments has been carried out in abroad.
The domestic researches on the durability mainly concentrate on the substrate material.

One of the processes that play a key role in the gas breakdown is secondary electron emission.
But the work function is dependent on the material property so it cannot be changed for a particular type of material.
On the other hand, the field can be enhanced by changing the shape of the conducting material.

The modal parameter identification of large engineering structures have an important sense to applied civil engineering such as health monitoring, structure damage estimate, active control (fuzzy control), etc [1].
So the modal parameter based on ambient vibration has been adopted extensively in engineering applications.

Abstract.
In an engineering context, a first attempt at modeling this behavior of stress-corrosion cracking in GFRP composites would be to describe concisely a body of crack growth rate data as a function of the crack tip stress intensity factor using a fracture mechanics model [3-7].
But a better model, however, would be one that captures the essential physics of the engineering problem of fracture.
It would illuminate the basic principles that underline the key elements of the stress-corrosion process.
Material Environment Value of power Reference Unidirectional E-glass/polyester 0.6 N HCl 3.57, 4.22 3 2.56, 2.73, 3.99, 5.3 4 Unidirectional E-glass/polyester 1 N H2 SO4 3.1 6bridging polymer becomes larger.

Nanotechnology exploits current progress in physics, materials science, chemistry and biotechnology to form novel materials that have unique properties significantly different from their bulk counterparts.
From the past two decades, enormous efforts have been made to synthesize and characterize semiconductor materials of group II-VI, III-V, III-VI, and oxide-semiconductor materials.
The materials having no dimensions in the nano-scale region include bulk materials.
