Abstract.
Raman scattering light is composed by the Strokes light and Anti-Strokes light, the displacement of wavelength depend on the attributes of the material of optical fiber, so there is some relationship between the Raman scattering intensity and temperature [7], the relationship shown in Equation 1 and Equation 2

So as resource increasingly drying up, facing the strong impact of new energy and new material that bring by the development of technology, traditional construction mode of resource-based city's economic level be going from bad to worse .
Resource-based city transformation is huge system engineering, is also a profound revolution of industry economic and social ideas.
To reconstruct the industrial low-carbon transition, promote the gradual transformation of high carbon industry to low carbon industry, is the key problem of the development of low carbon economy resource type city, build new industries before the depletion of resources, such as the three industries of agriculture, industry and services ,a full range of low carbon structure, accelerate the development of modern service industry of financial services, conferences, research and development, cultural, recreational and other low-carbon, and gradually reduce the secondary industry the proportion in the national economy, at the same time to speed up the development of solar energy, wind energy, electronic information, bio-industry and other emerging low-carbon industries.

For wafer defect categorization, semiconductor engineers use a variety of methods such as manual data extraction of pertinent attributes or algorithms based on machine learning.
Materials and Methodology About Dataset The dataset of wafer defects was obtained from the Kaggle website, comprising 54.02k images.
Therefore, we suggest empowering an experienced process engineer to determine when to revise a model.
This determination can be made with the aid of in situ monitors that are utilized in every processing equipment to monitor the key variables of the process.
This approach aims to enable semiconductor engineers to automatically classify wafers and diagnose defects early without relying on specialized or empirical knowledge.

The rock in this quarry is a rhyolite material.
It is of technological and scientific value in the history of manufacturing, engineering, construction, and it may have considerable aesthetic value in the quality of its architecture, design or planning.
If we to change the terrible land material on industrial heritage site to be vegetation, quite apart from working on regional natural environment and micro-climate, it could harvest nice green space.
Dialectically, however, Mosaic stability, which includes changes, even radical changes, within specific spatial units, is a key element of sustainable development (Richard T.
The core of the city became a dramatic topographic relief which necessitated the engineering of a unique lock-system-known the Flight- of – Five.

As a matter of course, the transmission spectra of samples depend strongly on the volume
fraction of magnetic materials embedded into the opal voids.
In terms of the transmissivity in the visible, Verdet materials such as Tb-Ga garnet (TGG) or Tb-Al garnet (TAG) are useful owing to their low optical dissipations, although these paramagnetic materials require a considerably large magnetic field for magneto-optical response.
From the engineering points of view, this is attractive for high frequency applications ranging from GHz to THz.
In conclusion, MPCs are spin-dependent bandgap materials which will open up new directions in photonics and magneto-optics.
