Introduction
Polymer optical fiber (POF) is one of the industrial materials with theoretical significance and application prospect in the field of polymer science in nearly twenty years.
It consists of the polymer material core with high refractive index and the polymer material cladding with low refractive index.

Materials and methods
1.1 Materials
Plantain: purchased in the Guangzhou Qingping medicine wholesale market, the 40 mesh sieve after jet milling spare.AB-8 macroporous resin D-101 macroporous resin are industrial grade, and rutin were purchased from the National Institute for the Control of Pharmaceutical and Biological Products; anhydrous ethanol, sodium nitrite, aluminum nitrate, sodium hydroxide were of analytical pure.
1.2 The main instruments
H-6 thermostatic water bath (Jiangsu Jintan Honghua Instrument); RE-52CS rotary evaporator (Gongyi City, English valley to the Chinese Instrument); to the Chinese brand circulating water vacuum pump (English valley, Gongyi City, Henan Province to China Instrument Factory); 772N-Vis spectrophotometer (Shanghai Precision & Scientific Instrument Co., Ltd.); JA2003 electronic balance constant level (Shanghai Scientific Instrument Co., Ltd.); KH-400KDB high power CNC ultrasonic cleaner (Kunshan Wo Chong Ultrasonic Instrument Co., Ltd.); The swing
