For linear transient analysis, material thermal properties do not change with temperature, the finite element balance equation is:
CT+KT=Qt (3)
[K] is transmission matrix; [C] is specific heat matrix; T is the node temperature vector;
T is temperature on the derivative of the time; Qt is nodes of heat flow rate vector.
For nonlinear transient analysis, thermal properties of materials with temperature change finite element balance equation can be represented as: CTT+KTT=QT,t (4) 2 Basic steps of Thermal analysis in ansys ANSYS thermal analysis can be divided into three steps: pretreatment; Loading and solving;and post-processing. 2.1 Pretreatment First you should define the name, title, and the system of units used, in which it's very important to be prepared for a system of units of work, you had better use unified international standard unit, so you can avoid some unnecessary trouble.
Enterd the pretreatment stage, work to be done are: select unit types, determine the unit options, set up a real constant, input material thermal properties, create geometry entity model, set the grid cell size, generate finite element analysis of grid cell.

Revised chord length compared with the original
Figure 4 shows, the twist angle in the root portion is significantly less after revised, it can reduce the difficulties in the processing and the use of materials, it can also make the blade structure tend to be more streamlined, blade molding cost reduced, and convenient for processing; Figure 5 shows, the blade chord length distribution in 0.2R~0.9R part not only closes to linear distribution after revised, but also largely keeps the original chord length value not change too much, the revised blade chord length in the upper middle part maches the theoretical calculation result, and the tip part of the chord length increases, the increasing chord length in the tip can improve blade aerodynamic characteristics.

Abstract.
It could consider optimizing customers’ psychological feelings of waiting through follow points: ① providing full activities: such as establish publicity board for customers or other business promotional materials, so that customers will have something to do in the waiting time. ② explain the reasons of customer waiting in time, reduce the instability in customers’ heart.

Brittleness and the structural particularities have reduced for some time the expansion of ferromagnetic shape memory materials into practical applications.
While the dual-phase β+γ structure of the CoNiGa alloys improves the deformation behaviour of the alloys at RT and can be an important factor in stimulating the development of these materials, it can also lead to the suppression of the martensitic transformation and subsequently the loss of the memory effect.

Introduction
The vocational education of China contains three basic elements, teachers, teaching materials and training equipment.
After the teachers and teaching materials are determined, training equipment becomes the key factors which affect the quality of personal training.
The System Design based on the Virtual Reality Technology The electrical and electronic experiment courses are the basis experiments of the science students in our college.
