Abstract: Wavelet analysis has the characteristics of timing and frequency adapting to each other.
(6) Where D is the elements’ flexural rigidity, t is the plate thickness, is Poisson's ratio of the material.
Assuming that the section dimensions and material parameters of the plate are as follows: the length is ,width is , thickness is t=0.006m, the materials of the plate is made up of steel Q235, Young Modulus , Dens ,Poisson’s Ratio .When the finite element analysis was used for analyzing the dynamic characteristics of plates, shell163 was chose for the element type, and along the length and width direction the plate was divided into elements, a total of 6161 nodes.

It set migration limits for 8 elements in toy materials.
Materials and Methods Plastic toy samples.
This producer aim to determine the leaching property of Pb in contaminated toy materials with different in vitro methods (including dilute-HCl, PBET method and IVG method).
In summary, for the eight detected metals (Pb, Cr, As, Cu, Ni, Ba, Cd, Sb) in the base materials of plastic toys , Pb, Cr, As can be mainly problematic.

Bamboo fiber materials have not been very good development and utilization.
Materials and Methods Raw Material Preparation Villous bamboo fibers were collected from Zhejiang A&F University.
(2)Mixing materials, Put the villous bamboo fibers and PF into glue proportioning machine by a certain proportion.
This is mainly because density is not too high, moisture content of raw materials keep not good, combining interface of fiber and PF is not compatible
Journal of agricultural engineering, 10(2): 33-36, 2008 [2].
