Furthermore MWF have to fulfill secondary requirements like e.g. an ecological- and material compatibility, anti-foaming properties and a corrosion inhibition.
To overcome these limitations the development of an environmentally friendly and resource-saving MWF on a microbial basis is currently investigated at the Foundation Institute of Materials Science (IWT) in Bremen.

Other studies used either different objective functions (tool wear rate, material removal rate or tool lifetime) or other materials than we used (EN24 alloy steel) [6].
The dt value indicates the depth of material to be removed.
The machining is developed at “Compa” S.A Sibiu from a preform of Steel Material type 1.2581.

Experimental Procedure Materials and methods. 0.5%, 1%, 2% and 4% molar ratios Ce doped ZnO nano-structures were prepared by hydrothermal technique using Zinc nitrate hexahydrate (Zn(NO3)2•6H2O) as substrate, cerium nitrate hexahydrate (Ce(NO3)2•6H2O) as dopant.
The general morphologies of Ce-doped ZnO nano-materials were analyzed by FESEM.

The general theory of coherent radiation for synchrotron and bremsstrahlung radiation, when radiation is generated directly by charged particles, but not by the material of a target, was developed long ago.
However, there is no general model of coherent radiation for such polarization radiation as transition, diffraction and other types of radiation, when the radiation is generated by the material of a target polarized by the electromagnetic field of relativistic particles.
In this paper, we suggest the simplified algorithm for construction of form factors for different types of polarization radiation of relativistic electrons in the material of a target.

The pH value of bio-oil is very low and contains undesirable solid materials which cause erosion and blocking to the mechanical engines and energy applications [12].
This problem can be mitigated by using more resistant materials such as stainless steels, silicon carbide coatings and fluorinated polyethylene in the engines and turbines.
