Because of the above reasons, to correctly understand the material characteristics of crashed layer and its comprehensive mechanical response with overlay will conduct the designer to design reasonable overlay and builder to make scientific treatment.
Model also use the pavement geometric parameters and material parameters after the second overlaying and the variation level of material modulus is 0.3,as shown in Tab.1.

DZ-Ni60AA powder is selected as test material, and put it into the incubator in 48 hours for heat preservation, drying processing before test in order to remove the adsorption moisture in the powder.
In addition ,grain refinementcan be eliminated interdendritic tensile stress, coupled with the uniform distribution of sintering layer, reduced the contraction stress between materials.
