Introduction
In recent years, as the rise of green materials, linen fiber has been widely used as reinforcement of composites because of its properties with renewable, extensive source, low cost, high specific strength and high specific modulus.
Many literatures have been published on these materials.

The widely used energy-saving materials for pavement and application of new construction technology such as asphalt pavement recycling, warm mix asphalt, asphalt pavement energy saving measures are also considerably reduced carbon emissions from highway construction and operation process. the widespread use of energy-efficient lighting equipment in Road service area to some extent also reduced highway carbon emissions
Number of traffic technology demonstration projects are do a lot of work to reduce carbon emissions in the road construction process, such as Jiangxi YongXiu to Wuning highway.

According to the slope lithology and structural characteristics described above, those hard rock masses with nearly same properties including metasandstone, marble, etc are simply grouped as one same material.
Meanwhile, several materials that are taken into consideration during the modeling include rock masses with different degrees of weathering, carbonaceous slate zone and fault.

For porous materials, it is expressed as follows:
Re=ρ∙v∙d50μ (3)
Where:
ρ = density of the liquid [g/m3];
ν = flow velocity [m/s];
d50 = mean of the size of rock grains
μ = dynamic viscosity [Pa∙s]
To meet the conditions of Darcy’s law, the fluid must be in a viscous flow.
