Previous studies [1-5] have found that materials and manufacturing technologies are critical for the reliability, durability and economy of machines.
For operation at normal atmospheric pressure and temperature, the following promising requirements are made for materials from which the investigated elements of the machines are made: - increased (compared to the original) equal-strength structure of the material; - reduced sensitivity to stress concentration; - increased resistance to propagation of microcracks; - composite structure of the material; - guaranteed provision of stable elastic properties; - cheaper cost of the material itself and its processing technologies; - creation of materials resistant to corrosion and fretting wear.

According to the Hall–Petch relationship, the hardness of materials increases with decreasing grain size.
On the other hand, softening of materials caused by grain boundary sliding is mainly attributed to the large amount of defects in the grain boundaries.

According to professor Learn sate speaking, Learning is a Perpetual process that "with the material world through communication and dialogue (the formation of the world), with the help of communication and dialogue with others (the formation of Friends), with communication and dialogue with its own (the formation of self), Trinity achieve ’the reconstruction of meaning and relations’.
Therefore, investigate its connotation and essence, ecological study is the learner through the material world; social life-world experience with the learner achieved the interrelationship between the material flow, knowledge flow and information flow of communication and conversion.

The increased expense on the raw materials for construction is the primary focus of the study.
The study emphasizes on the rising costs of construction materials and the necessity to work towards sustainability, alternative construction techniques and materials.
Factors such as easy accessibility and high profitability influence the choice for base materials during the initial designing process.
However, the materials that are used regularly comprise of unbound crushed rock, water-bound macadam, wet mix macadam, cement bound crushed rock/granular materials, and lean cement concrete/ dry lean concrete etc.
