The Theory Study and Construction Countermeasures of Eco-Learning Behavior in Energy Enterprises

Abstract:

This paper will regard organization as an eco-learning system, which analysis the concept defining, the basic content, and the performance characteristics about eco-learning in energy enterprises. Then the article proposes some suggestions of learning mechanisms and management methods of building a learning organization so as to construct a new eco-learning behavior in energy enterprises.
