Abstract:

Communication is the ultimate goal of learning a language. Traditional way of English learning is teacher-centered and there is lack of communication for the students to practice English. This paper aims at promoting English learning and communication with the help of advanced multimedia and network technology. It analyzes the advantages of multimedia and network applied in English learning and communication and explains many activities about the application in English learning and communication.
