Abstract.
It’s hard to conduct the investigations on every survey point because of the limited manpower and material resources.
In the future metro construction, the travel needs that caused by the urban integration should be well considered. 5 Acknowledgement This research was supported by a grant from The National Key Technology R&D Program During the 12th Five Year Plan Period (Grant No. 2012BAJ15B05 ). 6 References [1] Li Xiaohui, Xiao Rongbo, Liao Yuantao, Wei Zongcai.

According to the authors, one of the key points is the strategy used to define the search space in the neighborhood of an incumbent solution.

Based on the information by the manufacturer, and as a result of own analyses, the author identified a series of defect types, which numbered respectively: 1 – surface perforation, 2 – irregular surface roughness, 3 – colour and markings on the seal not complying with the requirements, 4 – surface covered with an excessive layer of rubber, 5 – material losses on the inner lip of the seal, 6 – tucking of the side surface, 7 – deformation of the outer lip and its protrusion from the channel, 8 – formation of the cone by the surface of the seal, 9 – corrugation of the surface.
For industrial applications and for a further increase in the effectiveness of the developed solution, including the use of the “zero defects” rule, it is reasonable to extend the informational scope of the knowledge base constituting one of the key elements that have an influence on the results obtained.

Nanomaterials include an array of engineered materials that are designed and produced to have at least one dimension less than 100nm [1].
The polymeric materials were fabricated using a two phase system, the first phase was water and poly (ethylene glycol) and the second one water methacyrlated dextran.
Gelatin: It is one of the common proteineceous materials that can be used for the production of nanoparticles.
Lipids are a large class of materials that includes fatty acids, glycerides, phospholipids, sphingolipids, waxes and sterols.
It was reported that the lipid blend has a significant impact on chemical stability of sensitive bioactive materials [34].

The adsorption of proteins (especially enzymes, antibodies, and cell receptors) to CNTs has been
explored with different approaches to generate new bioactive materials for diverse applications
ranging from enzyme immobilization to anticancer agents delivery.
Therefore, the key challenge in the biophysical field is how to integrate the highly specific molecular recognition of proteins with the remarkable physicochemical properties of CNTs.
Bare as well as modified nanotubes have been incorporated into electrode materials in order to improve the electrochemical response and to provide selectivity to the sensors [56].
The impacts of this report are substantial as it opens a wide range of possibilities for designing peptides or engineering proteins with high selectivity for carbon nanotubes.
Carbon nanotubes are an alternative and promising material for developing novel and efficient therapeutic nanocarriers.
