According to material mechanics equation of simply supported girder bridge, we use the method of least squares fitting curve to solve the equation of bending moment with the boundary condition. the T-beam span of the Shanwaizi Bridge is 16m, so its flexural equation can be expressed as[3]: (1) 3.2 The dynamic bending moment analysis The dynamic bending moment of T-beam has important information in health evaluation of bridge structure.
According to material mechanics, the dynamic bending moment is (2) Where I is the rotational moment of inertia about cross section around the T-beam neutral axis.

In a study related to crash performance of aluminum alloy wheels [7], investigators focused on material and damage modelling by using real wheel samples.
But in real condition, failure strain for a ductile material mainly is dependent upon the stress state that is subjected to.
Besides, proper numerical model in terms of force-displacement curve can be obtained by using stress triaxiality dependent material and damage models.

Figure 3 Finite Element Model of the Head-on Collision between Heavy truck and Rigid Guardrail Through the import of the geometric model, mesh generation, material definition, contact definition and so on, the finite element model of the whole vehicle is established, and. it includes 29092 nodes and 24878 units.
In the collision process, the dynamic response of each parts of heavy truck involves in the big deformation mechanical process, such as geometric nonlinearity, material nonlinearity and complex contact friction problem, and numerical method mainly based on finite element method is very suitable for this kind of research.

It was thought that a reduction in this problem could be achieved by developing advanced tool materials [2,3], optimizing tool geometries, application of coating tools[4], or developing self-lubricated tools[5, 6].
Experimental procedures The selected cutting tool material for this study was cemented carbide (WC/Co) with the flowing properties: hardness 91.5 HRA, flexural strength 1200 Mpa, thermal conductivity 50.2 W/m·k, thermal expansion coefficient 5.5×10-6/℃, density 13.1 g/cm3.

Preparation of YBCO Superconducting Films by Sol-gel Process Gaoyang Zhaoa, Huangli Zhang, Renzhong Xue, Yuanqing Chen and Li Lei School of Material Science and Engineering, Xi'an University of Technology, No.5, Jinhua South Road, Xi'an, Shaanxi, 710048, China a zhaogy@xaut.edu.cn Keywords: YBCO; sol-gel; superconducting film; chelator Abstract.
The amount of fluorine(F) in the precursor solution prepared with the TFA salts for Ba, Y, and Cu as starting materials(all-TFA),was so large that the calcinations was time-consuming and that large amount of HF was resulted in the heat treatment, which influences the properties of YBCO film.

While no wall on the quadratic transfer beam, the maximum value of bearing force research points achieve basically to the material’s standard compressive strength.
And other parts have exceeded the material’s standard compressive strength and the quadratic transfer beam do has a high safety margin by analyzing the model.

Previous studies [1-5] have found that materials and manufacturing technologies are critical for the reliability, durability and economy of machines.
For operation at normal atmospheric pressure and temperature, the following promising requirements are made for materials from which the investigated elements of the machines are made: - increased (compared to the original) equal-strength structure of the material; - reduced sensitivity to stress concentration; - increased resistance to propagation of microcracks; - composite structure of the material; - guaranteed provision of stable elastic properties; - cheaper cost of the material itself and its processing technologies; - creation of materials resistant to corrosion and fretting wear.

Currently, there are a lot of reports on the simulation study on SLS temperature field, but mainly on polymer and coating materials, the research in metal materials is relatively less [2 to 5].
Considering the case that material thermal properties change as the temperature changes, use 316L stainless steel powder as sintered materials, and parametric design language APDL to achieve the moving load of laser Gauss distributing heat source, the simulation for the temperature field of the metal powder laser sintering process was completed.

Though unproven, this hypothesis is consistent with the fact that a wide range of ductile materials have been cold-spray deposited [4, 5].
Coating Nanostructured Materials.
Moreover, cold spray process may lend itself to collect the overspray and reprocess these expensive raw materials.
Conclusion Cold spray coatings is a unique technology that allows to fabricate dense, low oxide-content deposits of ductile materials like aluminium, stainless steel, copper, titanium and alloys, but it is limited to ductile materials only, hard and brittle materials like ceramics can not be sprayed in the pure form, but may be applied as composites with a ductile matrix phase.
