The 3-D model is shown in Figure 1.The material properties for the copper wire bond, bond pad and die are shown in Table1.
The material properties of the shear ram is set to an extent with its Young’s modulus substantial large when compared to other materials in this modeling making the shear tool behaves as a rigid body.
Higher shear height will produce less deformation as the material will have higher resistance to plastic deformation at higher height.

Abstract.
In view of the austere problem that we have to resolved, there has been an increase in research activities targeted at improving the flame ability and thermal stability of materials and more attention had been paid to IFR which is widely used as halogen-free additives in some polymers, rubber and so on, during to its advantages of little smoke and low toxicity [2].
Experimental Materials.
It was widely used to evaluate the flame retardant properties of materials by UL-94 vertical burning tests and LOI measurements.

In nature, it is a kind of planning and management of human production activities with the least consumption of materials and energy, which minimizes waste, changes waste into resources, converts waste into harmless waste, or eliminates waste in the production process.”
Materials used for filling are broken coal gangue, fly ash, special binding agent, water, etc.
The use of existing gangue and fly ash in the coal mine as filling materials makes the filling cost significantly reduced and achieve the new idea of green mining technology of “exchanging gangue for coal”.

Liu etc. [9] did tensile test of micro-fiber by using self-made experimental apparatus and obtained stress-strain curves of micro-fiber and provided an experimental device for the scale effect of materials.
Experimental section Materials PLGA (M = 70000, PLA / PGA = 50:50) was bought from Jinan Dai gang Biological Engineering Co., Ltd.
Differences of mechanical properties between fibers and fiber membranes are due to the following reasons: (1) fiber membrane was porous materials while the fiber was solid material; (2) fibers of cross direction in the membranes were not loading force, therefore, only the fibers at the draw direction in the membranes were loaded.
