In addition, their high electrical resistivity and excellent mechanical strength render them the best candidate as core materials for a transformer [3].

These existing synthetic materials are not suitable for coronary bypass or for small calibre (<5mm) arteries where the occlusion rates are highest.
POSS incorporated PCU polymer synthesis has been described in detail. [22] POSS based polymer materials have shown to be biostable and the bypass grafts designed using the polymer have a greater degree of compliance match to natural arteries compared to PTFE and Dacron, the conventional less-compliant materials currently in use.[23] We have established a technique for the production of porous grafts[24] and the rheology of the POSS biopolymer [25] is a key parameter in the preparation of the scaffolds in this way.
A graph of demonstrating the difference in blood viscocity over time on different materials thus relating to the degree of thrombognicity of the test materials.

Evidence Theory and Evidence Dependence
Concepts in Evidence Theory
In evidence theory, evidence is not any physical material, but a form of knowledge and experience and the result of observation and research regarding any specific issue.
