Considering its high hardness and non-reaction with most of detergents used
for cleaning the mold, quartz is selected as the material of the mold, and electron-beam lithography
is used to fabricate the mold.

H + ions and electrons easily migrate in the ferroelectric material to form a space charge in response to the depolarizing field of the domains, so that the ionized hydrogen atom causes domain pinning which degrades ferroelectric properties during the hydrogen annealing [6].

The future work would be focused on studying a autonomous system of piezoelectric energy harvesting from the ambient, including higher performance of piezoelectric material, controllable vibrator, adjustable tuning circuit, larger energy transforming efficiency.

Abstract.
According to the material of steel structure collector, the material parameters are elastic modulus of E=210GPa, Poisson's ratio ν=0.3, density ρ=7800kg/m3, gravity is 9.8m/s2 and the mirror density is ρ=2500kg/m3 in calculation process. 2.3 The loads and constraints of bracket.
The collector bracket is steel structure, and the main bearing material is Q235B, which the yield limit σs≥235MPa and the ultimate strength σb=375~500MPa.

A vast number of studies had been conducted in the past to further expand the functionality of ADI in term of the mechanical performance of these materials through transformation of their phase structures. [1-4].
Addition of alloying elements in austempered ductile iron helps to induced superior mechanical properties to the material [5-9].
