Environment in PLEEZ Whether the analysis of economy and energy is coordinate or not and the index is properly or not would directly affect the result, so how to choose the index must be following certain principle: 1).the selected index clear objective, comprehensive content. 2).combination of descriptive index and evaluation index. 3).well feasibility. 4).combination of static and dynamic[5]. 2.1 Selection of economic index According to the above rule of choosing and check statistical of Jiangxi province, we have seven indexes for the economic system of PLEEZ: gross product of region, the second industry, the third industry, foreign capital, fixed assets, growth rate of GDP and average value, respectively defined as. 2.2 Selection of environmental index According to the above rule of choosing and check statistical of Jiangxi province, we have seven indexes for the environmental system of PLEEZ: displacement of industrial wastewater, exhaust gas, sulfur dioxide, soot, waste material
, standard rate of industrial wastewater and comprehensive utilization rate of waste material, respectively defined as.
