Dynamic Analysis Based On ANSYS of Turning and Grinding Compound Machine Spindle Box Zanhui Shu and Qiushi Han School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, Beijing Information Science & Technology University, Beijing, China E-mail: shuzanhui2006@163.com Keywords: FEM; dynamic characteristics; modal analysis; harmonic response analysis Abstract.
Materials are supposed as small deformation of linear elastic hypothesis, not existing nonlinear damping matrix contains [C].
The overall size of spindle box is, whose material is HT200, modulus of elasticity is 2.07E11, Poisson ratio is 0.3 and density scale is 7.8E3.
Summary Structure, material characteristics, boundary conditions and bearing of the turning-grinding compound CNC machine tool of spindle box are analyzed in this paper.

Structural modeling errors cannot be completely avoided in any analytical procedure that relies on finite-element models; these errors originate from many aspects such as simplified materials, boundary conditions, as well as connections.
The essential geometrical and material properties of the frame structure are given below.
The density and elastic modulus of the material of the members are r=7800 kg/m3 and E = 2.1 ×1011 N/m2, respectively.

Electrically conductive polycrystalline composite diamond (EC-PCD), which consists of electrically conductive diamond grits, has recently been developed for the purpose of providing the material with both excellent tool property and good machinability.
As a result, it was found that the EDM speed (Material removal rate) for EC-PCD was higher than that of the standard PCD.
