Natural materials that are either organic or inorganic in nature (such as chitosan, zeolites, clay, and clay minerals, etc.), as well as certain waste products from industrial operations (such as fly ash, coal, and oxides), are classified as low-cost adsorbents because they are economical and locally available [2, 3].
Among of these materials, diatomite (SiO2•nH2O) has been used widely in numerous fields.

In this article, choosing Zr44Ti11Cu10Ni10Be25 as the study object, the influences of die inlet diameter and blowing pressure and die transition fillet on blow molding performance of tube blank are studied systematically based on POLYFLOW software, so as to define the reasonable process parameters, provide theoretic foundation for blow molding process optimization of BMGs panel and develop the industry application fields of BMG materials.
The software itself contains plenty of viscoelastic material database and several rheological models, and also have strong ability to solve problems of non-Newtonian and non-linear [7].
In this research work, setting the viscosity of this material η=107Pa s when the temperature is about 460℃, thickness of plate blank t=0.8mm, and selecting the generalized Newtonian isothermal flow model and the implicit Euler method, analyses the tube blank blow molding under different die transition fillets Rd=0.5mm, 1mm, 2mm, 3mm, different blowing pressures P=0.2MPa, 0.4MPa, 0.6MPa and different die inlet diameters D=5mm, 10mm, 15mm.
