The challenge this poses is further exacerbated by
the introduction of new materials.
The largest single influx of new materials has come over the last decade with the introduction of high-k/metal gate (HK/MG) materials.
This paper focuses on the front-end-of-line (FEOL), summarizing key materials loss issues by process loop.
Between gate definition and silicide, material loss alters the effective channel length (Si loss), modifies the implant dose and profile (Si loss), modifies the depth of the implants (screen oxide instability), modifies implant spacing (sidewall consumption), and modifies strain engineering (distance between gate edge and SiGe).
This difference in materials results in plasma etch CD bias, poor incoming sidewall profiles, and a host of new defects.

Thus, the gap between polysilicon and monocrystalline silicon has been continuously narrowed.
1.1 Production Engineering of Polysilicon
At present, an improved Siemens technology is being used in polysilicon production in China.
(3) Shortage of Silicon Raw Materials in Polycrystalline Silicon-photovoltaic Industry China can't extract a large number of high purity silicon.
Owing to being constrained by raw materials, polycrystalline silicon-photovoltaic industry has to import more than 90% of silicon raw materials.
The process realizes one-stop production with processing of raw materials, production and the utilization of waste, making the production of polysilicon turning into informatization.

Notwithstanding, the search for durable and sustainable building materials has been a key motivating factor for the development in the world of concrete [3].
In fact, there is no published work that correlates the characteristics of these key industrial waste materials for sustainable concrete production.

The Main Problems of Existing Products for Engineering Relationship Human factors engineering is a new and rapidly developing interdisciplinary, involving a variety of disciplines, such as: physiology, psychology, anatomy, management, engineering, system science, science, safety science, environmental science, etc., whose application field is very broad.
A good design sometimes also needs good materials to render, to induce people to imagine and experience, which makes a person get the message and heartache [4].
The use of the method is very good use of human engineering, allowing users to use comfortable.
In addition, paying attention to people's physical and mental factors accords with humanized design under the human factors engineering, which pays more attention to people's health and the use of comfort.

Abstract.
The proposed method can provide the useful information to manage total processes in civil engineering.
In the civil engineering industry, the aim of project control is to ensure that projects finish on time, within budget and achieve other project objectives.
Despite the wide use of these methods and software packages in practice, many civil engineering projects still suffer time and cost overruns.
This operation may belong to either essential or contributory processes. 5) Cleaning: an operation dedicated to remove rubbish and waste materials from workstations or from construction sites.

According to the Malaysian Qualification Framework (MQF), the educational standardization process must be according to outcome based education (OBE) and the accreditation of OBE implementation in engineering field is done by the Engineering Accreditation Council (EAC).
The current E-learning system used by most university is more on the management of course in general and it is limited to certain common functions; uploading materials, assignment, key in marks, grading and so on.
Problem and Countermeasure To record all problems faced during the lecture session in term of man, method, machine, materials and other factors.
