In this way, it was tried to combine both metal materials into a material locking or at least into a form locking manner in order to achieve ideal material properties in the final hybrid component.
Thus, the intermetallic phases of Al-Cu compounds tend to be brittle and can crack during cooling due to different shrinkage of the materials.
Conclusion This paper deals with a novel approach for producing Al-Cu compounds and investigations on feasibility to join both materials during semi-solid forming.

It has been widely used in many physical phenomena in science and engineering.
Johnson-cook material model is used to simulate the material flow and Johnson-cook [11] damage criterion is considered to judge material damage.
The sign of the parameter is always negative which make sure that most materials experience a decrease in with increasing stress.
The work-peice material is AISI 316L which considers J-C material model and tool material is K313 with only thermal properties available (as in Table 1).

The materials of the tube and sleeve are all stainless steel, the elastic modulus of the tube and sleeve is 206 GPa and 210GPa respectively, the Poisson's ratio is 0.3, the yield stress is 205MPa.
The connection strength of the tube fittings depends mainly on the blocking effect provided by the interference materials in the three slots.
At the same time, the blocking effect of the slots to the tube material will be quickly weakening, materials near the sharp points begin to slide along the slots and eventually slip out the slot 3.
Conclusions (1) The connection strength of the flareless tube fittings mainly depends on the blocking effect provided by the right side sharp point materials near the slots on the tube

Operating conditions of certain groups of building materials depend on the functional properties of building constructional materials that combine physical and physico-mechanical properties.
Therefore, an important question of modern building materials science is to provide reliable operation and high durability of concrete and reinforced concrete products and constructures at the expense concrete protection from exposure external aggressive environment by using coatings.

Many important raw materials used in the ceramic industry are in short supply and
therefore, these raw materials are becoming more expensive.
This has created an increase in the number of researchers interested in waste materials.
These materials were mainly three different clays, silica sand, pegmatite, and calcite.
Chemical analysis of the materials was made by using an ICP instrument called PERKIN ELMER OPTIMA 3000.

Results also show that a low swelling ratio corresponds to a high material removal rate (MRR),
and a low wet pencil hardness to a low surface roughness in each group.
It was found that MRR was sensitive to the wafer's profile rather than the material itself by a joint research of 3M and Applied Materials [3].
Material removal mechanisms with FA CMP were presented by B.
