Introduction Composites are usually synthesized using similar and/or dissimilar materials for some specific purpose, where a single material or alloy could not be satisfying to the requirement [1].
The elimination of porosity in the preform alters the initial volume substantially that complicated the development of plasticity theory in P/M materials.
Therefore the materials parameters such as Poisson’s ratio, modulus of elasticity would undergo changes along with pore closure.

3.2 Result of tensile test
The results of tensile test of Al5083-O alloy base material and FSW joint are shown in Table
2.The tensile strength of each condition of FSW is the same as base material.
The FSW joint has lower fatigue limit than base material.
But, 500 rpm-100 mm/min specimen showed fatigue failure at HAZ the same as base material.
