In this paper, the fatigue reliability analysis on the connecting rod was carried out concerned with uncertainties such as random loads and material properties.
The performance function of the structure can be expressed as , (6) where is the minimum fatigue safety index, is implicit function of random variable, such as loads, material properties and member geometry.
The connecting rod as shown in Fig. 2 is the most important part, which is made of 42CrMoA, material parameters Poisson’s ratio , density ,Young's modulus E=206 GPa, tensile strength , fatigue strength .

Introduction
The traditional heating elements are with wire resistance materials and heat efficiency not more than 70%, so a period of time may produce a layer of scale inside the pipe layer.Electrical heating pipe is a kind of polycrystal silicon semiconductor electric heating material, which uses a low resistivity silicon features, while blending in proportion in the silicon metal and nonmetal elements, the use of vapor deposition method, after high temperature heating, the precipitation in the carrier surface at the same time toobtain the opportunity to 3-5 microns thick layer of electric heating film.

Introduction
In the production process the welding is an important work, and is an indispensable type of work in the processing technology, but due to the restrictiveness of science technology and working conditions, the worker become less and less engaged in welding, so the requirement of automatic welder become more and more in the actual production.

Research in this area is conducted by many authors, who often prefer synthetic oxides, composition and structure of oxides which are forecasted in advance, clearly regulated in the synthesis process and define the properties of the final material.
This is achieved through the use of a variety of matrices that enable production of materials from the predetermined set of characteristics and active properties [1–5].

Although the control systems used so far are all considered as integer-order systems, in fact, the real objects are generally fractional [5]; many physical systems exhibit fractional order dynamics as the special material and chemical properties.

Abstract: Fe3O4 magnetic nanoscale water-based magnetic fluid was fabricated by co-precipitation with citric acid(CA) and polyethylene amine(PEI) as dispersant.
The FTIR spectrum of Fe3O4 MNPs The morphology and microstructure of prepared materials were characterized by SEM and TEM.The TEM image shown in Fig3 indicates that the typical size of the magnetic cores of modified particles is in the range 8-9nm.An SEM image of the prepared modified particles is also shown in Fig3,where circular structure based on a lot of MNPs with typical size of 45-50nm can be observed.Based on the TEM and SEM images in Fig3,it can be clearly seen that these Fe3O4 MNPs with narrow size distribution are well dispersion controlled.

Silicon carbide (SiC) has been verified as a promising semiconductor that can be used in harsh environment like high temperatures and radiation environment owing to its superior material properties.
Responsivity depends on several inherent factors including material refractive index, absorption coefficient, device structure, doping and temperature of operation, other external factors such as bias voltage and the power of incident light also influence the responsivity [6].
As the light is incident horizontally, the photogeneration rate will be a function of the horizontal distance as figure 2 shown, consider the optical decay length is considerably less than the collector region thickness and the total photogeneration rate across the two depletion region is (1) (2) Where P is the power of the incident light, k is Planck’s constant, v is the frequency of the incident light, a is the effective absorption coefficient of the material, R is refractive index.
