Abstract.Using thermal simulator (Gleeble 1500D), the thermal deformation behavior of Cu-P weathering steel containing Cr, Ni, Mo under the conditions of various deformation temperatures and strain rates was studied.
The thermal deformation testing of the materials was achieved using the Gleeble 1500D-type thermal simulator.
This is because enhancing deformation temperature can make the materials generate new slip system and cause the stress decrease.
