Abstract:

The competition and symbiosis relation of minor enterprises results from their active participation and other factors. The main motivations of their symbiotic development are to integrate different resources of relavant enterprises, share benefits and risks, promote continuely rapid development. In network economy era, cooperative symbiosis is playing an important parts in enterprise strategic management and innovation.
