We have studied electron magnetic resonance spectra of iron-oxide nanoparticles related to iron reduction metabolism of dissimilatory bacterium Thermincola ferriacetica.
The X-ray diffraction data indicates partial crystallization of iron oxide during long time storage under air open conditions.
X-ray diffraction data showed that as prepared samples are amorphous.
According to XRD data the aged "48h" sample is most close to γ-Fe2O3 phase.

By thermodynamic data, solid solubility formula of various microalloying carbonitrides in austenite and ferrite can be deduced, thereby, A and B are determined.
The addition amount of microalloying elements also influences strengthening effect, fig.3 demonstrates the continuous annealing limit diagram of Nb-microalloyed steel , shows that the complete recrystallization temperature of Nb- microalloyed steel is determined by niobium contents and cold rolling reduction.
Recrystallization temperature increases with the increase of niobium contents, and decreases with the increase of cold rolling reduction.
Annealing temperature should be based on recrystallization kinetic, which is mainly influenced by coiling temperature after hot rolling and cold rolling reduction etc.
Therefore it is necessary to investigate the influences of coiling temperature and cold rolling reduction on recrystallization kinetics to determine suitable annealing temperature.

After take the measurement, the resulting data was exported to perform a spectral analysis.
b) Roughness Analysis To estimate the rate of the surface roughness increment with respect to the process parameters, different roughness parameters were calculated based on the acquired result from the profiler and the AFM data.
Figure 9: Presents the roughness data for the textured wafer sample at different etch time Figure 10: Presents the roughness data for the textured wafer sample at different etch temperature Figure 11: Roughness data for the textured wafer sample at various KOH volume concentrations Figure 12: Roughness data for the textured wafer sample at various IPA volume concentrations Figure 13: Presents the AFM localize roughness with respect to the scan size (c) SEM Analysis In analyzing the surface behavior of the textured surface, SEM observations of relevant samples were carried out.
Figure 21 displays a top view AFM micrograph, a histogram and depth data results from raw depth data.
The data points with the highest peaks are the two most dominant features, and therefore were compared in analyzing the depth of specified region.

This paper describes a new testing equipment developed to perform geogrid creep tests under confined load and in different temperatures simultaneously, and the confined load and temperature factors’ influence on the creep characteristics of geogrid was researched systemically , then the tests data was dealt by correlation analysis. The results shows that :the influence of confined load on geogrid creep is very significant, creep tests under no confined load will produce conservative results .The influence of confined load is weaker than the influence of temperature factor.
Introduction Geogrid is a kind of reinforced materials, which is widely used in geotechnical engineering. The geogrid creep stress relaxation is the main reason that lead to the geogrid failure eventually. In the project, conventional tests,time-temperature superposition tests(TTS) and stepped isothermal tests(SIM) are carried out to predict the long-term creep and calculate the creep strain reduction .

Compared with the usual welding processes, it therefore presents many benefits such as a lower heat-input, a reduction of residual stresses and an elimination of the solidification defects etc..
The reduction of IMCs thickness should be favoured by a high welding speed.
Surface galling very probably results from a discontinuous tool advance due to a transient reduction of malleability.
It should be emphasized that this flow direction contradicts the literature data according to which the shoulder friction effect should be predominant close to the top surface [8,9].
In the present work, they rather result from the lack of consolidation in the bulk of the samples than from an excessive flow of material at the top surface due to the pressure exerted by the shoulder, as frequently suggested by the literature data [11].

The collection of periodic profiles of oceanographic data at specific bites is a critical component of oceanographic monitoring programs.
To meet a program requirement for long time series data from the near surface to the certain depth, the profiler concept was considered.
All data collected by the instruments is relayed via the instrument float line to its winch drum where it is stored.
This is easily achieved by employing a 10:1 mechanical reduction between the two drums.
The CTD on one of the floats records profiling data from surface to certain depth while wave current meter is fitted on the big float to record datum of wave, tide and current.

And this data structure is usually implemented with a layered C++ class.
SAT file format can exchange data with most existing 3D software data formats, including CATIAV4, CATIAV5, IDEAS, IGES, etc.
The exchange with other data formats is implemented mainly through InterOp, because the conversions of most common data formats are integrated in InterOp
Point cloud of Model 4.1.1 Data measurement and processing The point cloud data of the transected surface obtained by Arm Coordinate Measuring System is shown in figure 2.
Point cloud measured by CMM Then, the measured data is analyzed, and reverse engineering analysis should rely on a data model and all data results are mutually compared for choosing the optimal industrial design plan.

The data are inputted into the computer, P-S-N curves for 50%, 95%, 99% survival rate are attained by the computation with a program package of the fast fatigue test method.
Table 2 The tensile testing results Steel Yield strength [MPa] Tensile strength [MPa] Elongation [%] Reduction of area [%] HB D 515(1) 825 18.5 44.5 135 S 535 825 16.0 42.5 140 X 510 855 14.5 42.0 133 (1) Notes: the testing data are average value of three testing specimens The impact testing results.
The P-S-N curve for 50%, 95%, 99% survival rate of D, X, and S steel are showed in Fig.3, which are attained by the mathematical statistic analysis using bending fatigue testing data.
The impact and mechanical properties data listed in table 2 and 3 indicate: the yield strength and the tensile strength of the X, S, and D steel are almost same.
According to P-S-N curve formula σ=AlogN+B, and applying the data of Table.4 to substitute A and B values of the formula, the fatigue cycles are attained under the same bending stress.

An enterprise that wants to follow the Lean concept, needs the commitment of leadership, organization and the evolvement of all employees by developing a structure that coordinates and sustains the efforts for identification, analysis and synthesis of existing data, to find and apply solutions of improvement.
To draw this, the used principle is to observe the manufacturing process of a product or a process of service supply, and to register the specific data (operations, consumption, results, performance indicators, work parameters, work place organization, needed information etc.) and to represent with the help of specific symbols all the results of observations.
To make the VSM, the study started from the client to the supplier and was put on the map all the needed data, to highlight the activities with no added value.
To make the VSM, were also needed data from the client, supplier and mode of organization, management of production, these data being presented in the followings.
In order to manage the stock FIFO, is needed for all the products of a fix location, easy to manage, so the quantity, data of production and the type, to be easily visible.

The European efficiency is a weighted efficiency (Eq. 1), which is based on empirical data.
A reduction of weight by 80 % compared to commercial inverters would be possible [2].
