The optimization has two goals: weight reduction and bearing load
capacity.
According to maintenance data, one third of all overhauls of hydraulic servoactuators were caused by leakages through the mentioned sealing.
The second important criterion was the weight reduction.

What’s more, the fatigue life of fire damaged box girders strengthened using SPCCS technique was evaluated based on monitoring strain data, and the further bridge maintenance suggestions were proposed based on the assessment results.
Second, material property of burned concrete should be considered by multiplying reduction factor to consider the effect of fire to stiffness of the whole bridge.
Considering fire effect for bridge integral rigidity, elastic modulus reduction was considered for severe injured concrete.
Conclusions To effectively simulating mechanical behavior of fire injured Yao Zhou Downlink Viaduct by ANSYS, it was to use respectively different reduction-factor of elastic modulus for concrete according to different burned degree.

With the help of experimental and theoretical data and the methodology of approach to the subject, several aspects have been clarified regarding the depth of the asperities on the honed surface compared to a process-smoothed surface.
The reduction of the layer altered by the previous machining, as well as the existence of micro-depths serving as lubricant deposits contribute to increasing wear resistance of the cylinder surface.
With the reduction of the tga value, there is an improvement in the quality of the surface, but productivity decreases.
The reduction of the layer deformed by the previous machining, as well as the existence of micro-depths serving as lubricant deposits contribute to increasing wear resistance of the cylinder surface.

Since the construction industry is very energy intensive, there is a question of drastic reduction of energy consumption in all types of buildings.
With the increase in the quantity of the C-3 additive from 0.8[%] to 1.0% of the cement mass, there is a noticeable reduction in the strength of the sprayed concrete.
The reduction in the strength of the shotcrete is due to the noticeable air attraction during the preparation of the concrete mixture.
The data obtained indicate that in three-layer construction structures it is possible to use insulators from «Polystyrene plates» with a density of 10 [kg/m3] as well as shotcrete with small filling and cement of a certain brand.

In addition, high-throughput has been confirmed by comparing the current data with the recent results reported.
Furthermore, throughput has been evaluated by comparing the previous data reported so far.
Then, the throughput of the present epitaxy will be benchmarked with the state-of-the-art data.
However on C-face, high-throughput has been confirmed by comparing our data with the recent results reported.
By benchmarking the throughput among the reported data, the high-throughput has been confirmed on the C-face epitaxial growth.

The earthquake emergency rescue work aiming to minimize casualties and property losses caused by the earthquake and maintain social stability plays an important role in earthquake prevention and disaster reduction.
With 2D GIS data model and structural theory and technology mature, further development of graphic theory, database theoretical technology and computer virtual reality technology, and strong promotion of the applicative demand, the emergence and development of 3D GIS have become possible [3].
Considering practicability and diversity of the channels of getting remote sensing data, this paper uses the OpenGL technology as the main implemental platform and develops this system under the C/S mode.
The data of this system can be managed by combining Oracle database and file; the effect analysis of the earthquake emergency rescue action and marking the targets can be realized in 3D system; in order to improve the display performance of the 3D geographic scene, the 3D GIS marking function can be developed by directly applying the OpenGL which is relatively outstanding in this field.
Fig.1 Architecture design Function Design. 3D earthquake marking system function includes basic terrain generation, DEM data consolidation, 3D visualization of sky and sea / river, setting location of sun / lighting, 3D scene map operations, managing 3D model library and adding 3D objects, flight and roaming, saving 3D geographic scene and setting effects of 3D geographic scene.

Fiber waviness is a manufacturing defect caused by the manufacturing technique used
such as filament winding, weaving, braiding, etc.
Average failure strengths of the specimens decreased with increasing specimen thickness from 2[mm] to 8[mm] with the T800/924C system (36[%] strength reduction) and specimen volumes from scaling factor 1 to scaling factor 4 with the IM7/8552 system (46[%] strength reduction).

This theory while maintaining the original decision table without changing the classification ability, through knowledge reduction, value reduction, export classification decision tables and decision rules.
It is a mathematical tools to deal with the information and knowledge use the way of quantitative analysis to process the data of imprecise, inconsistent, incomplete.
Data preprocessing For the attribute set, we can get the importance of the classification for attributes subset, then get the both dependence. is mean we classified the object, to remove some attributes subsetfrom set , then we can get the Influence.Fig 1 shows us the knowledge representation system.
That the weights have different sensitivity on the environmental. In the Rough set theory, attribute importance reflects of the impact on the current data on the environmental attributes decision.
The rough set theory to determine the importance of property is a manifestation the objective existence relative importance (which is objective existence) of large amount of historical data for each attribute.
