Semiconductor silicon is one kind substrate material that widely used in integrated circuit and microelectronic technology.
Discussion In the microwave, millimeter-wave circuit design, it usually adopts substrate materials with higher relative dielectric constant, and the thickness of substrate requires thinner with the frequency increasing; When PCB layout is fixed, change the thickness of substrate, the bandwidth of band-pass filter narrowed gradually as the thickness decreasing, the loss of the microstrip band-pass filter increased as the loss tangent increased; when take silicon as substrate, the center frequency of bandpass filter decreases continuously as the doped concentration increasing.

The materials have same properties in each direction, elastic modulus is 2.06×105 MPa, Poisson ratio is 0.3 and yield strength is 235MPa.
Flexure Deformation Because the web of castellated member is variable cross-section, calculations of stress and deformation are problems that are difficult to be solved in material mechanics.

Materials and Methods Huadian oil shale was selected as the absorbent sample in the test.
The structure of adsorbent hole was roughly the same after the same modification method, and oil shale char’s internal water, volatile matter, fixed carbon and other material was separated after combustion process.

The material of tubes was 18-8 Austenitic Stainless Steel before 1968. 18-8 Austenitic Stainless Steel was replaced by annealed Inconel-600 Alloy because the chloride corrosion stress can cause the break accident and replaced by Inconel-690 Alloy after 1990.
The material of tube-sheet is high strength low alloy steel, and the processing technology is forging.

In the actual manufacturing industries, some methods are used to check the NC code, such as cutting the materials that easy to be cut instead of workpiece and using track display method to detect the tool path [1].
Simulation Results In the virtual simulation process, it needs to conduct a Boolean operation on the workpiece and refresh the screen during the material removal process.

To eliminate these non-challant attitude HEI’s should emphases to promote the so-called 3r’swhich stands for Reduce, Reuse and Recycle, Even though 3r’s has no specific definitions, but nevertheless many researchers and authorities have come up with different definitions. 3r’s can be said to be an integrated tool designed from waste management hierarchy, which is used to minimize the volume of any unwanted bye product, and reuse of any product or material in it is present form, as well as the recycling which specifically involves the changing of composition or properties of any given materials in one way or the other for a greener environment. 2.
