Performance management based on EPC Construction Mode Chunjie Ma1, a, Gongli Cao2, b 1,2 Civil Engineering Management Institute, College of Civil Engineering and Architecture, Zhejiang University, Hangzhou, 310058, China a13905742430@139.com, b346335983@qq.com Keyword: EPC project, performance management, management systems, collaboration Abstract: Because of its own characteristics and advantages, increasingly, EPC construction mode has been more and more applied in international projects.
Concept of EPC construction mode and Performance management 1.1 Concept of EPC construction mode EPC stands for Engineering-Procurement-Construction, EPC construction mode is a all processes in all general contracting methods that the general contractor or contractor Joint Venture is in charge of the whole project design, equipment and materials procurement, construction, engineering, test operation and delivery of the entire process.
Engineering/Design (E) is the process by which the needs, wishes, and desires of an owner or developer are defined, quantified, qualified into clear requirements which will be communicated to the builders or contractors.
What’s the next, we do make sure how each part of the "ecological system" (owner, the project schedule, engineering quality, salary system, technology and organization structure, etc.) of the organization contact.

The Connection Form of New-built and Existing Bridge Effect on Transverse Distribution of Vehicle Load Jihao Chen 1, a, Shunbo Zhao 2,b and Jitao Yao1,c 1 School of Civil Engineering, Xi'an University of Architecture & Technology, 13 Yanta road, Xi'an, China 2 School of Civil Engineering & Communication, North China Institute of Water Conservancy and Hydroelectric Power, 36 Beihuan road, Zhengzhou, China a jihaochen@vip.qq.com, b sbzhao@ncwu.edu.cn, c yaojitao@163.com Key words: Existing bridge, Newly-built bridge, Connection form, Prestressed concrete hollow slab, Single beam bearing, Transverse distribution of loads.
In order to convenient explaining, the slabs from the newly-built to the exiting of the whole bridge were named as S1 to S18 successively, the connection forms of the 1st &2nd phase of the engineering were named as C1 and C2, respectively.
The y values of S6, S7 and S8 on the transverse load-distributing influence line of the first phase of the engineering are very different, but they are only a few different in the second phases of the engineering.
The transverse load-distributing influence line of S8 also shows that the y values of S7, S8 and S9 in the transverse load-distributing influence line of the second phase of the engineering are very different.
The weak connections of the bridge for the first & second phase of the engineering are the connection of S6 & S7 and S7& S8, respectively.
