SHS method is being used for obtaining of refractory compounds, intermetallics, ceramics and materials based on them.
Combining in one technological stage of SHS process and shear deformation of synthesis products allows to get non-porous high-strength materials.
In [2] mathematical model of deformation and thermal processes of compaction of viscous compressible materials was proposed.
The model of a viscous medium is used often as the rheological model to describe the behavior of powder materials.

During the solution treatment, the orientation of fine equiaxed grains along extrusion axis is mostly <100>+<111> which is well known annealing texture of drawn FCC materials[6].
The orientation along the extrusion direction is around <110> which is not usual texture for drawn FCC materials.

In addition, as brittle materials which can tolerate high energy beam are often used for the mirrors (fused silica, monocrystalline silicon, CVD-SiC, etc.) the development of an ultra-precision highly efficient mirror surface grinding method for brittle materials is a crucial task.
Grinding of Brittle Materials by ELID Grinding The ELID (Electrolytic In-Process Dressing) grinding method allows grinding performance to be maintained regardless of the abrasive size by implementing electrolytic inprocess dressing on metal-bond wheel [2]- [4].
Mirror surface grinding of brittle materials can therefore be realized with the use of micro abrasive wheels.
In studies on ultra-precision grinding of brittle materials, the depth of cut is controlled uniformly to levels smaller than sub-micron to realize grinding in the ductile mode.

The bilayer of these materials could enhance the quality of a thermoelectric generation.
These materials have an intrinsically low thermal conductivity due to their anisotropic crystal and electronic structures, making them promising thermoelectric materials [10].

Impact Analysis of Ultrahigh Pressure Treatment Pesticide Residues in Vegetables on Near Infrared Spectroscopy Detection Xu Zemin1, a, Sun Yujing2,b 1College of Biological Science and Technology, ChangChun University, Chang Chun, China 2College of Biological and Agricultural Engineering, Jilin University, Chang Chun, china aemail:xzm.64@163.com, bemail:syj@jlu.edu.cn Keywords: ultrahigh pressure; pesticide residue; NIR; data optimization Abstract: In order to simplify the process of detecting pesticide residues in vegetables, reducing detection time to find a more efficient detection method, ultrahigh pressure processing technique was applied to NIR detection experiments on dimethoate residues in Chinese cabbage, the spectral data was pre-processed and optimized and a spectrum model was established.
Combining the NIR with ultrahigh pressure technology, to detect pesticide residues in vegetables, can also resolve the problems such as low data stability due to samples difference, and not ideal limits for NIR method[7]. 1 Experimental Material, Equipment and Methods 1.1 Materials and reagents Chinese cabbage, market purchased; standard dimethoate, 99%; acetone, AR; methylene chloride, HPLC grade; anhydrous sodium sulfate, sodium chloride, Celite545, distilled water. 1.2 Instruments and equipment VECTOR 22 / N FT-NIR spectrometer, Bruker Corporation; DL700-0.55 × 1.5 ultrahigh pressure isostatic press, the Shanghai Dalong Machinery Works; FA2004B electronic balance (accuracy of 0.1mg) Jilin Huicheng Technology Co., Ltd.; Agilent GC- MC 6890-5673 gas chromatograph-mass spectrometer, the United States; RE52C rotary evaporator, Shanghai Qingpu Huxi company; 1.3 Experimental methods 1.3.1 Pesticide residues concentration plan (1) Preparation concentration of dimethoate in Chinese
Then use Buchner funnel and medium speed filter paper filtering the material in bag to get the vegetables extract solution; (3) Weigh the solid standard dimethoate by electronic balance and place it in a centrifuge tube of 10mL; to dissolve the solid dimethoate with vegetable extracts to prepare a vegetable extract solution at concentrations ranging from 10-3 to 10-6.
