Because the idea of sustainable public infrastructure in Taiwan has recently encouraged the use of renewable materials in the design phase, parts of this road’s pavement structure is composed of recycled asphalt concrete, renewable agents, disposed construction surplus and the like.
In addition, the study suggests that non-destructive testing can be one requirement for the acceptance of completed work in pavement projects with renewable materials to better evaluate the quality of the pavement after its construction.
The second reason is the low stiffness of the materials in the subgrade and the subbase.
Regarding the use of renewable materials in the following pavement projects, it is suggested that the surrounding underground water condition should be taken into consideration in the design phase.
As for the acceptance of the quality of a pavement project, although random sampling is generally employed, it is suggested that in projects in which renewable materials are used material testing should be done for potentially-damaged positions sampled by non-destructive testing to ensure the minimum quality of the project can fit the standard of the original design.

Saegusa[2] pointed out in the theory of organic - inorganic hybrid material that the hybrid composite was the mixture of inorganic and organic materials of subtler level than general composite materials (namely, the nanometer level).
With the development of organic-inorganic composite materials, the new composite of epoxy resin and inorganic materials has become a trend.
Rong et al. illustrated that the overall material durability depended on powder dispersion and the heterogeneity of the micro-structure of filling materials [9].

Note that all the purchased materials were used as-received without further purification.

Alloying with electron beam is a new technique to improve the material surface properties, we can use the method to alloying the surface of material by using different kinds of alloy, and it will improve the performance of material; and it also can chose the key area to alloying.
In normal sliding tests, there is a material to materials contact, followed by welding or fusing of the contacting asperities.

Air was added as the gasifying medium at the bottom of the gasifier for fludizing the bed material.
The gas veolicity in the gasifier was very low(about 0.2~0.4 m/s), so it was hard to bring the high temperature bed material to the top area.
