Introduction
In recent years, the high temperature air combustion technology is a new energy saving combustion technology in the international field of combustion, mainly used in industrial furnaces in metallurgy, machinery and construction materials industry.
In essence, it is determined by the regenerator’s own performance (including material and geometry, etc.), the construction of regenerator and the gas media.

Material characteristics and mesh data are summarized in table1.The bed is meshed by SOLID185 which is defined by 8 nodes and the orthotropic material properties.
Table1 Information of the modeling Material type HT250 Element type SOLID185 elastic modulus 155GPa Elements 80957 Poisson's ratio 0.27 Nodes 22226 Mass density 7340 kg·m-3 DOF 66678 The bed’s boundary conditions are defined on the basis of its structural style and assembly relationship, so threaded holes on both ends of the bed are restrained, and all DOF of the nodes on each surface of the hole are set as zero.

Since the old buildings are constantly used hence the self weight and material will be aged, the land base will be loose, the concrete will be carbonized, the stability of the structure will be decreasing.
It is mainly for solve issues such as material aging rooftop leaking, the deterioration of thermal and heat insulation function.
This is the sustainable development path which suits our national situation. On the other hand, if we simply adopt the dismantling and new construction method it will not only cause enormous material and capital waste, in the meanwhile it also severs the link of urban development.
