Introduction
Calcium phosphates as essential materials in fertilizers, in foods, and in implants offer unique properties and, thus, need accurate control of the composition.
Materials and Methods Commercially available hydroxyapatite powder (Lot: HA111013M, Cambioceramics; theoretical mass fractions of Ca and P are 39.89 % and 18.50 %, respectively) was used as a reference material for evaluation of the quantification methods.
This method is less common than other methods evaluated in this research, especially in materials research laboratories.

The diffusion of nitrogen into the interior of the material was determined by the thickness of the layer being modified.
Introduction Titanium alloys are the most widely used construction materials in various industries due to their inherent properties, i.e. high specific strength, corrosion resistance in many corrosive environments, non-magnetic properties, good heat resistance at the operating temperatures up to 500-600 °C [1, 2].
The depth of a hardened layer was determined from the hardness distribution curve to the value of hardness of the basic material.
