Commonly used materials for camera lenses and covers can either be glass or polymer which are materials easily exposed to dirt and other particles that can cause poor visibility.
After determination of shape and materials, modification on the internal structure had significant influence on improving the stiffness and reducing deformation, especially for lens surface area.

Aluminum (Al) doped zinc oxide (AZO) is an important TCO material which is being widely investigated for such applications.
Indium tin oxide (ITO) has been extensively used as TCO materials for most applications.
But the excessive cost, chemical instability and toxic nature of ITO has encouraged efforts to seek the other material [2][3].
