New materials are regularly developed without the insurance robust welding processes, including weld schedules, are available to overcome unavoidable variations in microchemistry, thermomechanical processing, and therefore materials properties.
A comparison of the two industries with respect to materials and welding processes.
Many of the materials listed in Table 1 are highly alloyed and include ferrous, nickel (aerospace-type) and cobalt alloys (superalloys); i.e. materials produced as bar or hollow products and certainly not seen in the automotive industry.

The study included acute toxicity test, pyrogen test, skin stimulation test, hemolysis test . 2 Experimental 2.1 Raw materials Chitosan (80 mesh) was supplied by the JINAN HAIDEBEI MARINE BIOENGINEERING CO., LTD. with degree of deacetylation (DD) 85% and 95%.
The same test materials were applied symmetrically by the side of spine with no hair coated.
The two supplied materials were at a distance of 2 cm, which was fixed by medical coated fabric.
By the measurement of hemoclasis and nomadic Hb which were resulted from the invitro contact of materials and the blood, the invitro hemolytic reaction test of materials was evaluated.

High-powered electron beams generated by industrial electron accelerators (ELV-6-type) penetrate into metallic materials at a depth of several hundred micrometers.
Materials and methods Low-carbon steel plates (0.21 % С, 0.27 % Si, 0.50 % Mn, 0.025 % S, 0.020 % P) with a thickness of 10 mm were used as substrates.
Hardness of the obtained materials was estimated by the Wolpert Group 402MVD tester.
The appearance of such a structure was initiated by metallurgical processes occurring in the surface layers of materials subjected to electron beam treatment.

Materials and Methods The PSW is selected as the study samples are plastic bags of municipal solid waste (MSW) generated each day.
Conclusion The plastic solid waste (PSW) in Indonesia is one of the materials of environmental pollution, but it has potential energy that can generate electrical energy.
PSW has potential as an alternative fuel because it has a calorific value of about 41.5 MJ/kg greater than the calorific value of other fossil fuels and waste materials except fuel oil.

Fig. 3 CAD and FEM C3-C5 human model [8, 9] 3.0 Materials and Methods In order to reproduce the numerical models, an instrumented porcine cervical specimen with a bone graft and a cervical titanium plate was considered.
In this sense, it was necessary to consider the differences between the materials which are implied on the cervical porcine specimen, as in the figure 3 are shown. 3.1 Modeling the cervical specimen using an Scan ZCorp 700 A 3-D Scanner ZCorp 700 was used to model the cervical specimen.

Erosion wear are a kind of damage phenomenon appeared when small and loose flow particles impact material surface.
Due to the ore sand has big particle size and sharp rough edges and corners, the slurry pump transflux parts unfavorably use polymer materials.
The experiment can provide the support for the subsequent materials localization.

As starting materials, powder of α-tricalcium phosphate, gelatin and a vegetable oil were used.
If materials of HA could have the tailored specific crystal surface, the HA materials should have the advantage of adsorptive activity.
The authors reported various kinds of HA materials prepared by the unique hydrothermal methods [2-11].
These granular HA must have the advantage of adsorptive activity, in comparison with other reported materials [12], because the obtained HA has large specific crystal surface and micropores.
