The dam material use the elastic-plastic damage model of concrete[5,6] and take the elastic modulus as 31GPa, density as 2643Kg/m³, Poisson’s ratio as 0.2, dilation angle as 36.3, initial compressive strength as 13MPa, ultimate strength as 24.1MPa and tensile strength as 2.9MPa.

In the case of certain pipeline pressure, pipeline material drives significant implications on leaking sound frequency distribution: for plastic pipe leakage, the main frequency components is between 5Hz to 50Hz [4], while for cast iron pipe leakage, the main frequency components is between 1kHz to 2kHz [5].

Currently, the jobs that the optimization to the output shaft has been completed as follows: ①the overall structure of the output shaft has been optimized through the optimization calculation to the load at the bearing support position to reduce the maximum bearing load[1]. ② The output shaft has been locally optimized, by reducing the strength safety factors at each position as the object to realize equal strength optimization[6]. ③Through the output shaft quality as system level objective function, through the bending moment and torque in the concentrated load section, safety coefficient change, total remove material of cutting processing as subject objective function, establish multidisciplinary optimization model, for load-structure-process of collaborative output global optimization.
