Introduction Increased requirements for safety and performance of structural elements operating in difficult conditions, lead to the necessity of their manufacture from the most perspective materials.
Often the existence of desired structure is achieved by cooling of the material at a predetermined velocity [1].
The material properties of the billet is a functions of temperature Ts.

In this paper, the material parameters , and of the thin plate can be estimated depending on the material thickness ratio of the LTO/ZnO/LTO/Si3N4 (0.2:1:2:0.5) multilayered composite plate.
Table 2 shows the material and thickness parameters of the MEMS FPW device.
Table 2 Material parameters of LTO/ZnO/LTO/Si3N4 multilayered plate [12,13] Materials Thickness (μm) Young’s modulus E(GPa) Poisson’s ratio density (Kg/m3) Si3N4 0.5 146 0.25 3000 LTO 2.2 73 0.17 2660 ZnO 1 120 0.446 5610 multilayered plate 3.7 95.6 0.26 3503 Conclusion In this work, a MEMS FPW device based on LTO/ZnO/LTO/Si3N4 multilayered thin plate was designed and fabricated.

UV-A pelleting, without using binder materials or high-temperature steam, can produce biomass pellets whose density is comparable to that processed by conventional pelleting methods [7].
Experimental setup and conditions Biomass material.
It was calculated by the ratio of the weight of moisture (water) in the biomass material to the total weight of biomass material.
