Introduction
In china, concrete structure is widely used in civil engineering construction, which is composed by two different nature materials of reinforcement and concrete.
And the two materials can combine together and work effectively mainly relies on the bonding strength between them, which can greatly affect the performance of the concrete.
Test materials and specimen preparation The concrete aggregate is limestone and the specific dosage of various components was shown in table 1.

As a basic human right, occupational safety right of labors refers to the right of being free from the dangerous factors in workplace during the working process in the eyes of law [References [1] Guo Jie, On the Occupational Safety Right of Labors and Leal Protection.Journal of Jurist Vol.2 (2007) ,p.9. ].
According to the international labor Organization convention and its Proposal, the occupational safety right mainly refers to safety problems which generated in the main behavior relation between material requirements of work, supervision for workers as well as the adaptability of machine, equipment, working time, working organization and working process to the mind and body of workers.
It offers a crucial insight for the observation and analysis of occupational safety and health rights in China [[2] Yan Ye, Social Structure of China Coal Mine Accident, Social Sciences Academic Press(2012). ].
